Multiple teams have reached out to the Atlanta Falcons regarding tight end Kyle Pitts' availability in a potential trade, sources told Fox Sports' Jordan Schultz.

Atlanta would require "at least a Day 2 pick" to engage in discussions about a deal involving the tight end, Schultz reports.

Pitts, who has spent four seasons in Atlanta, has not requested to be traded. The Falcons are also not actively shopping the young pass-catcher and would prefer to keep him on the roster for the upcoming season.

The Florida product is entering the final year of his rookie contract and is scheduled to make $10.8 million in 2025, according to Over the Cap.

Pitts enjoyed a productive debut campaign after being selected fourth overall in the 2021 draft. The 24-year-old posted 68 receptions for 1,026 yards and one touchdown en route to earning his first career Pro Bowl nod.

The 6-foot-6, 246-pound tight end hasn't been able to replicate those numbers despite increasing his TD total in each of the following three seasons. He recorded 47 catches for 602 yards and four scores in 2024 while fighting for targets among a pass-catching group that includes Drake London, Darnell Mooney, and Ray-Ray McCloud.

Pitts did not participate in on-field activities during the Falcons' first OTA due to a foot issue, but he was inside the team's facility, according to Bleacher Report's James Palmer. Quarterback Kirk Cousins has also been absent from voluntary team activities amid trade speculation.
