The Atlanta Falcons are signing offensive tackle Kaleb McGary to a two-year, $30-million extension, his agent told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

McGary was set to become an unrestricted free agent following this season after signing a three-year, $34.5-million contract in 2023.

The 30-year-old has been the Falcons' primary starting right tackle since entering the league as a 2019 first-round pick. The Washington product allowed six sacks, 10 quarterback hits, and 32 pressures in 323 pass-block snaps last season, according to PFF.

"I think he's a special player," Falcons left tackle Jake Matthews said of McGary, according to team reporter Tori McElhaney. "(I) just respect him. Going into seven years with him, I really think he's really improved a lot, and I'm expecting him to be solid and one of the staple guys on this offensive line."

McGary has started 92 of a possible 93 contests during his NFL career.
