Inter's vice president Javier Zanetti signs on with Nerazzurri for life
After nearly two decades of taking the pitch for Inter and almost two years of acting as the Nerazzurri's vice-president, Javier Zanetti still can't get enough of the club.
On Saturday, Zanetti announced that he'll see out his career at Inter, signing on with the Nerazzurri for life.
"I'm already thinking about the future of the club, working hard to return to European football's top table, where I played wearing these colours," Zanetti's said. "I believe in the plans the president and club are carrying forward to get us there."

Over the course of 19 Serie A seasons at Inter, 15 of which saw him wear the captain's armband, Zanetti played in more Serie A matches than any other non-Italian, surpassing Giuseppe Bergomi's club record of 519 league appearances in January 2011.
