Francesco Totti records 600th Serie A appearance
At 39 years of age, Francesco Totti continues to make history.
On Sunday, Totti became just the third player to earn 600 Serie A appearances when he took the pitch as a substitute in AS Roma's 3-0 victory over Chievo Verona.
If that wasn't impressive enough, Totti, who replaced Mohamed Salah in the 59th minute, once again showed that he can still contribute, as he assisted on Miralem Pjanic's goal in the fixture's final moments, before receiving an emotional ovation after the final whistle.
Although the match may have been Totti's last game at the Stadio Olimpico given that his contract expires at the end of the Serie A season, Gazetta dello Sport reported in April that he is about to sign a one-year extension with Roma, the only club he's ever known.

If recent form is anything to go by, Totti certainly has another season left in him.
