Bahia, Udinese reach agreement for transfer of Pablo Armero
No longer will Pablo Armero be parading up and down the left flanks of Serie A.

The Colombian left-back was in Salvador, Brazil to undergo medical examinations Friday. His contract runs for one season with the option of a second.

For Armero, who turned 30 in November, the transfer marks his third spell in Brazilian football. A product of America de Cali, he joined Palmeiras in 2009 and donned Flamengo's colours in 2015, the latter being part of a loan deal involving Udinese.
Although Armero no longer forms the base of Colombia's squad, he was an integral part of Los Cafeteros' run to the quarter-finals of the 2014 World Cup, scoring the national team's first goal of the tournament in a 3-0 victory over Greece and offering rampant support from deep each time he stepped on the pitch.
