Juventus: Arturo Vidal 'has expressed his desire to embark on a different experience'
It's not his knees. Or his DUI charge while away at the Copa America. Or the idea that Juventus needs to sell its best players to balance the books.
Arturo Vidal is leaving the Italian club this summer, but it has nothing to do with any of that. Instead, as club director Giuseppe Marotta noted during a press conference Monday, the reason is far more simple.
Marotta: "@kingarturo23 has expressed his desire to embark on a different experience, as did Ogbonna, Tevez and Pirlo."

There you have it.
Vidal, 28, is widely expected to join Bayern Munich this summer, with the German powerhouse reportedly having offered a handsome €40 million for the box-to-box dynamo.
The indefatigable star joined Juventus in 2011 from Bayer Leverkusen for €12.5 million, developing into a fan favourite with the Bianconeri thanks to his mixture of sheer effort, tackling prowess, and eye for the spectacular.
His move, however, will prove an astute piece of business for the Italian club, which has already done its due diligence to ensure his loss is not a crippling one.
With Sami Khedira brought in and Kwadwo Asamoah likely to move back into his natural role - along with persistent rumours of a move for an attacking midfielder - the loss of Vidal, though tough to swallow, should be managed by Max Allegri and company.
