VIDEO: Trailer for Diego Forlan movie looks awesome
It's difficult to get a consensus view of Diego Forlan. Opinions about him range from those of critics who consider him a disappointment to those of supporters who don't feel the Uruguayan striker ever got the respect he deserved.
Either way, there's no denying he's a legend in his home country after playing a pivotal role in Uruguay's best World Cup finish in 40 years, when the South American nation finished fourth in 2014.
Now, supporters and detractors alike can look forward to a comprehensive look at Forlan's life in the upcoming documentary "DF10," which features the likes of Luis Suarez, Sir Alex Ferguson, Manuel Pellegrini, and Oscar Tabarez offering their praise for the 36-year-old.
Anyone with a pulse will surely get excited for the film after Forlan, who has since retired from the national team and currently plays for his boyhood club, Penarol, released a sneak peek to his Facebook followers.
"After two years of hard work, I'm glad to present the official trailer of my movie DF10," Forlan said.
