Lazio midfielder Lucas Biglia left the field on a stretcher with an apparent calf injury during the second half of the team's Serie A match against Bologna on Saturday.

Biglia had already scored the first goal of the season for Lazio when he turned away from a challenge, immediately grimacing before going down injured.

Danilo Cataldi replaced Biglia in the 52nd minute. Lazio held on to win 2-1.

It is not immediately clear if Biglia will miss the second leg of a crucial Champions League play-off against Bayer Leverkusen on Wednesday. Lazio leads 1-0 on aggregate.
