Juventus' Patrice Evra leaves match vs. AC Milan with apparent injury

Juventus full-back Patrice Evra was forced into an early substitution during Saturday's match against AC Milan after suffering a reported ankle injury.
Italy's Sky Sport reported Evra sprained his left ankle, and it will be evaluated in the coming hours.
Alex Sandro replaced Evra in the 29th minute.
Evra has been a consistent starter for the Bianconeri this season, starting in 11 Serie A matches to date.
