Report: Ashley Cole considering offer from LA Galaxy

Ashley Cole is reportedly weighing the option of crossing the Atlantic Ocean.
Cole is considering an offer from Major League Soccer's LA Galaxy, and the California club is confident it can convince the English left-back to cancel his contract with AS Roma, report The Guardian's Marcus Christenson and Fabrizio Romano.
It was reported in December that the Galaxy were open to discussions with Cole. He's yet to tally a Serie A appearance this season and his time at Roma has been something of a disaster since he joined the Giallorossi one-and-a-half years ago.
Roma is apparently "desperate" to cut ties with Cole, and the club allegedly told him he could leave the Stadio Olimpico last summer.
Cole's contract with Roma expires in six months.
