After every home run, Bryce Harper puts up the sign for "I love you" as he crosses home plate. As much as the former MVP appreciates his fans, the symbol is dedicated to his mother Sheri ... even if she leaves games before he hits walk-off grand slams.

No Mother's Day in MLB is complete without mention of Braden's perfecto. Braden was raised by a single mom who died while he was in high school. The left-hander was then raised by his grandmother, who was in attendance for his perfect game.
