FA Cup quarterfinal draw: Battle at Old Trafford for Man United, Liverpool

Manchester United and Liverpool will lock horns in the quarterfinals of the FA Cup after emerging from Wednesday's fifth-round matches.

Casemiro's late header earned United a 1-0 win at Nottingham Forest. Lewis Koumas hit a tidy near-post finish, and Jayden Danns scored twice as Liverpool's youngsters lifted them to a 3-0 home victory over Southampton.

Conor Gallagher struck in the 90th minute to ensure Chelsea progressed from an entertaining five-goal affair with Leeds United. The Blues will face Championship leaders Leicester City in around two-and-a-half weeks.

Manchester City thumped Luton Town 6-2 on Tuesday. Pep Guardiola's side will take on Newcastle United, who overcame Blackburn Rovers on penalties in the fifth round, at the Etihad Stadium.

Wolverhampton Wanderers reached the last eight thanks to an early finish from Mario Lemina against Brighton & Hove Albion on Wednesday. Wolves will host Coventry City - who, at ninth place in the Championship, are the lowest-ranked team left in the competition.
