Europa League round-of-32 draw: Which clubs are seeded?

The Europa League group stage came to a close Thursday, setting up the round-of-32 draw, which will take place Monday in Nyon, Switzerland.
The 12 group winners and four best third-placed clubs from the group stage of the Champions League will be seeded and drawn against the 12 group runner-ups and remaining third-placed clubs. No team can play a side that was in its group or belongs to the same association, meaning, for example, that AC Milan can't draw AEK or SSC Napoli.
