The young Liverpool midfielder got his country on the scoring sheet against Mexico when his powerful shot from a tough angle pierced the back of the net.

With few options to choose from as he ran out of room on the touchline, Coutinho improvised and fired a shot from a supremely tight angle that somehow managed to elude Mexican 'keeper Jesus Corona to open the scoring.
