Hayton led Team Canada in points. He put the stamp on his incredible tournament with a dramatic equalizing goal in the third period of Sunday's gold-medal game despite being questionable due to an injury suffered in the semis.
Lafreniere suffered an injury of his own in the preliminary round, and he finished the tournament with 10 points in five games. He's widely expected to be chosen first overall in June's draft.
Hofer took over in goal during Canada's 6-0 loss to Russia in the round-robin, winning each of his starts from that point forward.
Fagemo led the tournament with eight goals, adding five assists to help Sweden capture a bronze medal. Sandin, his teammate, recorded 10 points of his own.
Romanov registered six points in seven games while playing huge minutes for the Russians, earning top defenseman honors at the tournament for the second consecutive year.
