Liberty's Willoughby out for season after tearing Achilles

New York Liberty wing Jocelyn Willoughby will miss the 2021 WNBA season after tearing her left Achilles tendon during Monday's scrimmage against the Connecticut Sun, the team announced Wednesday.
Selected 10th overall in the 2020 draft, the 23-year-old averaged 5.8 points and 2.4 rebounds per game as a rookie last season while connecting on 40.5% of her threes.
