Look: Oiled-up Tongan guy is back, and better than ever
Pita Taufatofua truly is a man of the people.

The 34-year-old Tongan became an instant hit at Rio 2016 when he announced himself to the world by marching shirtless and slathered in coconut oil during the opening ceremony in Brazil.
The taekwondo practitioner reinvented himself as a cross-country skier to qualify for PyeongChang 2018, and the only question on everybody's mind heading into these games was a simple one: Would Taufatofua give us an encore, despite the frigid temperatures in South Korea?

There shouldn't have been any doubt, really.
In all his oiled-up glory, Taufatofua, who had to lose over 30 pounds to transition from taekwondo to cross-country skiing, was the undisputed star of Friday's opening ceremony.
