Twitter loves beer-swilling Scott Moir yelling at gold-medal game refs
Figure skater Scott Moir, like the rest of his country, was not pleased with some lopsided penalty calling in the first period of the women's hockey gold-medal game between Canada and the U.S.
The double gold medalist at PyeongChang 2018 appeared to be having a good time early on as he was spotted in the crowd handing out beers to his fellow red-and-white supporters.
However, after the U.S. received its third power play of the opening period, Moir was caught on camera standing up and appeared to be yelling what every Canadian was thinking: "Are you kidding me?"
Naturally, Canadian Twitter loved it.
Scott Moir appears to be liquored up and letting the refs have it at the women’s gold medal game.

drinking a beer while complaining about the officiating during a hockey game, or as we call it up here, "Canadian Biathlon."

In twenty years there will be a five dollar bill dedicated to Moir/Virtue’s 2018 Olympics and one of the scenes depicted on the back will be him screaming at the ref.

"Clearly Drunk Scott Moir" has some wonderful GIF potential for the rest of this game

I live for stuff like seeing Scott Moir yelling "Come on ref!" with a beer in his hand more than I do for seeing my country win. #CAN #Olympics

Thankfully, Canada scored in the second period to tie things up after USA had tallied on the power play, which greatly pleased Mr. Moir.
