Colombia's back.

After a disappointing loss to Japan in their Group H opener, Los Cafeteros responded with a scintillating display on Sunday, getting goals from Yerry Mina, Radamel Falcao, and Juan Cuadrado en route to a 3-0 win.

Poland, meanwhile, has been officially eliminated from the tournament after two consecutive losses.

The Poles were once again unable to provide service to star striker Robert Lewandowski, and simply couldn't contain Colombia's creative dynamos, James Rodriguez and Juan Fernando Quintero. The left-footed playmakers were at the heart of every positive move for the South American side; the former set up Cuadrado's tally with a stunning ball, while Quintero teed up Falcao's slick strike with a perfect pass of his own.

Falcao's tally midway through the second half was one of the most heart-warming moments of the competition thus far.

The Monaco striker, his country's all-time scoring leader, missed the 2014 World Cup after suffering a torn ACL prior to the competition. Despite his best efforts to recover in time to compete in Brazil, he eventually ceded his place in the squad, and watched on as his teammates won hearts of football fans everywhere with their excellent performances.

His goal Sunday, and the way his teammates celebrated with him, will live long in the memory of Colombian supporters, who will be hoping their captain can replicate this performance in the team's Group H finale against Senegal next week.

This quartet was viewed as the most unpredictable group coming into the tournament, and now it's all set up for a tantalizing finish on Thursday.
