Watch: Quaresma's ridiculous Trivela is the World Cup's best goal so far
It doesn't work out too often, but when it does, all you can do is stand up and applaud.
Ricardo Quaresma pulled off his trademark Trivela - a shot with the outside of his right foot - in the opening half of Monday's decisive group-stage match against Iran, sending the crowd into a frenzy after picking out the top corner in stunning fashion.
The jaw-dropping strike gave Portugal a 1-0 lead, and instantly became a contender for best goal of the tournament thus far.
