Serbian playmaker Dusan Tadic will leave Southampton for Ajax following his country's World Cup campaign, the two clubs confirmed on Wednesday.
Ajax said in a statement it has agreed to pay an initial €11.4 million for the 29-year-old, who put pen to paper on a four-year contract with the Dutch giant.
Tadic, who scored 23 goals in 162 appearances at Southampton, helped the team avoid relegation from the Premier League last season.
The move won't be his first taste of Dutch football. Tadic previously represented Groningen and Twente before joining Southampton in 2014.
He's currently in Russia with the Serbian national team as it looks to book a place in the Round of 16. Tadic started each of his country's first two matches in Group F.
