Tournament darling James Rodriguez suffered an apparent injury in the first half of Thursday's Group H finale against Senegal.
Luis Muriel replaced the Colombian superstar at the half-hour mark.
Rodriguez came into the World Cup with a pre-existing calf problem and began his country's opening match on the bench. He played from the start against Poland and set up two of the goals in Colombia's eventual 3-0 win.
It's unclear whether the same issue forced the 26-year-old off the pitch Thursday. He headed straight down the tunnel for treatment.
