Nike's wildly popular Nigeria World Cup kit has made the shortlist for the 2018 Beazley Design of the Year.
The kit was among the 87 nominees across six categories announced Tuesday by the Design Museum in London. It will be competing against costumes from the movie "Black Panther" and the menswear label Palomo Spain in the fashion category, according to Mark Brown of the Guardian.
Nike received 3 million preorders for the Nigeria kit prior to its June 1 release, and it sold out in just three minutes.
The category winners and overall winner of the Beazley Design of the Year will be announced Nov. 15.
