England vs. Peru: Starting XI - Welbeck gets the nod over Sterling
The team sheets are out at Wembley Stadium, where England will begin the final phase of their World Cup preparations with a friendly match against Peru.
Manager Roy Hodgson should conceivably have plenty to determine before the Three Lions' opening group match against Italy on June 14, but many are speculating that this lineup will be the one he opts for in Manaus.
England starting XI:
Hart; Johnson, Jagielka, Cahill, Baines; Gerrard, Henderson; Lallana, Rooney, Welbeck; Sturridge
Subs:
Wilshere, Lampard, Smalling, Foster, Milner, Lambert, Sterling, Barkley, Forster, Stones, Flanagan
Peru starting XI:
Fernandez, Rodriguez, Callens, Cruzado, Ramos, Advincula, Carrillo, Yotun, Ramirez, Deza, Ballon
Subs:
Gambetta, Hurtado, Ruidiaz, Forsyth, Velarde, Angel Saavedra, Gallese, Flores, Riojas
