'She said yes': Mario Balotelli proposes to girlfriend in Brazil

Mario Balotelli is off to a good start in Brazil.

The Italian striker took care of some important business before Saturday's match against England, announcing via his social media outlets that he proposed to girlfriend Fanny Neguesha late Monday night.

Balotelli posted the following photo of both the beach setting where he popped the question, and the ring itself.

It was accompanied by this message:

She said yes.. The most important yes in my life. That was the place of my question! I Love you and happy birthday too ! Je t'aime my WIFE

Slightly predictable considering it was her birthday, but it's tough to beat a beach in Brazil as far as impressive backdrops go.
