In the strangest match of the tournament so far, Cameroon came apart at the seams during their 4-0 loss to Croatia. Terrible goalkeeping errors and a well deserved red card for midfielder Alex Song (who inexplicably elbowed Mario Mandzukic for no discernable reason) were only overshadowed by an actual scuffle on the pitch between teammates Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Benjamin Moukandjo.

Cameroon coach Volker Finke was among the many pundits disgusted by the lack of discipline and effort from his side on Wednesday. Finke spoke openly with reporters following the match. “It’s clear we have to find the reasons for what’s going on because such behavior is really disgusting. It won’t do,” he said.

Finke went on to say that there would be consequences from his side's early exit from the tournament, but one can't help but wonder if the biggest change will be his own departure.
