GIF: Diego Costa tries to give Xabi Alonso an impromptu wax job on the bench

Diego Costa watched Spain's final match of the 2014 World Cup from the bench after a disappointing showing in the opening two matches, but that didn't stop him from having a little fun at a teammate's expense.

Costa attempted to use some sort of adhesive paper or tape to wax the leg of Xabi Alonso, who was subbed out in the 83rd minute of Spain's 3-0 victory over Australia.

Alonso does not seem very amused by Costa's antics. Perhaps he'd be laughing if Spain made it out of the group stage.
