Belgian midfielder Marouane Fellaini's bulbous "afro" might be the best hair at the World Cup (which is really saying something, because the tournament is packed to the brim with groundbreaking hairstyles). 

Fellaini met his hair equal before Belgium's recent game against Korea Republic, however, when he was paired with a young child whose mess of curls is arguably even more luxurious than his.

Making matters even more amusing was that Fellaini was so focused on his upcoming game that he didn't seem to realize he was standing behind his younger doppelganger.
