PHOTOS: Alejandro Sabella's stumble immortalized in memes
Argentina secured a place in the semifinals for the first time since 1990 on Saturday afternoon, defeating Belgium 1-0 courtesy of a goal from someone not named Lionel Messi Gonzalo Higuain.
In truth, the match was a dull affair, with neither side able to create much in the way of chances following the 8th minute goal.
One of the most exciting moments of a drab encounter was Argentine manager Alejandro Sabella's hilarious reaction to a missed opportunity in the second half, when Higuain hit the crossbar after an impressive run.
