Cena to host 'Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?' reboot

John Cena is returning to television as host of "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?"

Nickelodeon announced Thursday that the WWE star will host and executive produce a reboot of the family game show, which is set to premiere later this year.

"Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?" originally aired on Fox from 2007-09 with comedian Jeff Foxworthy as host. It was briefly revived in 2015.

Cena was slated to compete in the men's Royal Rumble match last month but was pulled at the last minute due to an ankle injury.
