Twitter map shows most popular active WWE star in each state

John Cena's WWE career may have taken a back seat in recent years, but that doesn't seem to be impacting his popularity.

Betonline.ag created a map using geotagged Twitter data gathered in the last month, and it shows Cena is the most popular active WWE Superstar across the United States, with 18 states favoring him over other wrestlers.

Over 200,000 tweets were tracked, including fan hashtags, catchphrases, and nicknames.

Cena, The Undertaker, Lesnar, Lynch, Rollins, and Goldberg are all slated for matches at WrestleMania 36, airing Saturday and Sunday. Reigns was scheduled to face Goldberg, but he pulled out of the match due to concerns about the coronavirus outbreak.
