Cena accidentally gave Eric Andre concussion while filming stunt
Jimmy Kimmel Live/YouTube
Comedian Eric Andre revealed he had to go to the hospital after a wrestling stunt with John Cena went wrong.
Andre explained on Wednesday's episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" how he was ill-prepared for the stunt, which he and Cena were filming for "The Eric Andre Show."
"John Cena did the stunt right, but we prepped for the stunt wrong. And that metal shelf came over and clocked me on the head, and I got concussed and I went to the hospital," Andre said.
"I had like a Fred Flintstone, like Bugs Bunny (bump) on the side of my head."
The stunt starts around the 6:20 mark in the video below.
The fifth season of "The Eric Andre Show" premieres Oct. 25.
