WWE plans to have fans in attendance for WrestleMania 37
WWE hopes to have a live audience for WrestleMania 37 at Tampa's Raymond James Stadium in April.
WWE chief brand officer Stephanie McMahon discussed the company's plans for the event in an interview with TMZ Sports and said WWE will be taking notes when the NFL stages Super Bowl LV at Raymond James Stadium in February.
"I'm thrilled and excited because, hopefully, this will be the first opportunity for us to have our fans back in attendance," McMahon said. "That's the current plan. Of course, ticket information is not available yet cause we're still trying to figure out all the different machinations.
"We're really lucky, though, because the Super Bowl is our lead-in this year from Raymond James Stadium. So we're gonna learn a lot from them logistically, etcetera, and really, best practices - what works, what doesn't work. But man, we can't wait to come in and for two nights, hopefully, really rock that pirate ship."
Super Bowl LV is set for Feb. 7, while WrestleMania 37 is scheduled for April 10-11.
WWE hasn't had fans in attendance since March 2020.
