Yoenis Cespedes, in his first game with his new team, added a fourth-inning grand slam for the Tigers, who got two innings of two-hit ball from starter Kyle Lobstein to win their spring training opener.

Julio Borbon doubled in a run and scored for the Orioles, who dropped their spring opener.

Ubaldo Jimenez started for Baltimore and surrendered six runs, five earned, on two hits with two walks and two strikeouts in 1 1/3 innings.
