ANA | ARI | BOS | BUF | CGY | CAR | CHI | COL | CLB | DAL | DET | EDM | FLA| LA | MIN | MTL | NAS | NJ | NYI | NYR | OTT | PHI | PIT | SJ | STL | TB | TOR | VAN | WAS | WPG
G Jaroslav Halak and Thomas Greiss
Greiss has been much more effective between the pipes than Halak, though the latter continues to play more games. The Islanders are a rather bad team, capping the value of both netminders, even if they're owned as a tandem. Grade: Halak D, Greiss C+
C John Tavares
Tavares is having a down season by his standards, but it's tough to place all the blame on his shoulders considering he has little help around him. Nonetheless, as a late first or early second-round pick, he has been a disappointment. Grade: C-
LW Andrew Ladd
Signing with the Islanders and getting the chance to play alongside Tavares gave the impression that Ladd would continue to be a 25-goal scorer, but it has been a complete disaster. Ladd's lack of foot speed is really hurting him. He isn't even collecting enough hits to be banger-league worthy. Grade: F
C/LW Brock Nelson
Nelson is getting more ice time than he ever has and is accordingly on pace for a career-high in points - yet not by much. He is still on the fantasy fringes at this point. Grade: B-
LW Anders Lee
Lee is on pace for his first 30-goal season, though he could stand to improve in the assist category. His willingness to throw his weight around makes him a must-own player in 12-team banger leagues if he keeps scoring at this pace. Grade: B+
LW/RW Josh Bailey
Bailey is looking to shatter his career high of 41 points. He is playing nearly 20 minutes per game - second-most among Islanders forwards. He really doesn't do anything out of the ordinary that would warrant must-roster status, but he can be used as a part of any Tavares stack with confidence in daily fantasy. Grade: B+
RW Cal Clutterbuck
Clutterbuck likely won't equal the 15 goals he scored a season ago, but as long as he remains among the league leaders in hits, he should be owned in banger leagues. Grade: C+
D Johnny Boychuk
Boychuk has been unspectacular offensively this season, but he still maintains value in banger leagues with his shots, hits and blocks totals. Grade: C
D Nick Leddy
Leddy should finish with close to the 40 points he totaled last season. To the delight of his fantasy owners, he has drastically increased his shots and blocked shot totals. Grade: B
Player to watch - LW Shane Prince
Prince isn't worth adding in any leagues just yet, but he is worth keeping an eye on. According to Corsica.Hockey, Prince is second on the team in iSCF60 (individual scoring chances for per 60 minutes) at 5v5 and was a prolific scorer in junior and the AHL. A chance to play alongside Tavares could be looming.
