WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury called out British boxing rival Anthony Joshua on Monday for not yet agreeing to a deal to fight him in 2021.

"Grow a pair and sign the contract, big boy!" Fury told Good Morning Britain.

"Let's hope this fight happens," he added. "I'm willing to take the fight, I don't know if they are. I've been willing to take the fight for the last five years. It's not happened so far, but I'm very optimistic that it will happen in 2021."

Fury and Joshua, who holds the IBF, WBA, and WBO heavyweight belts, agreed to initial terms in June on a two-bout deal, but details regarding dates, location, and money haven't been finalized.

A match between the two could happen in May, promoter Eddie Hearn said Tuesday, according to Richard Damerell and James Cole of Sky Sports.

Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) last fought in February when he defeated Deontay Wilder, while Joshua (24-1, 22 KOs) dominated Kubrat Pulev on Saturday.
