A week after being sent packing by Bayern Munich, Carlo Ancelotti conceded he will not manage again this season.
After a one-sided 3-0 Champions League defeat at Paris Saint-Germain, Ancelotti was sacked as talk of a dressing room divide surfaced in German papers. Naturally, it didn't take long for reports to associate the record three-time Champions League-winning gaffer with other jobs.
Linked with a big-money move to China and as Vincenzo Montella's successor at AC Milan, Ancelotti has opted instead to take a 10-month break.
"For the next 10 months I will relax, I will not coach another team," Ancelotti told Sky Sports Italia.

Despite leading the Bavarian giant to a fifth Bundesliga title on the trot, Ancelotti's brief tenure with Bayern was sullied as speculation emerged suggesting that several first-team veterans had demanded the Italian's sacking.
Star defender Mats Hummels has denied reports that he is a "king slayer" as the likes of Arjen Robben, Thomas Muller, and Franck Ribery have all been mentioned as those who petitioned the club to sack Ancelotti.
When asked about the conditions surrounding his dismissal, Ancelotti offered, "It's better to stay quiet on that."
