Riders, Lions wear 'Diversity is Strength' T-shirt in warmups
The Saskatchewan Roughriders and BC Lions sported "Diversity is Strength" T-shirts during warmups prior to their game in Regina on Sunday night.
According to the CFL, the idea was not only for the 150th celebration of Canada, but also "to shine a spotlight on inclusiveness and unity following the events that took place in Virginia this past weekend."

The shirts, which also feature a number of player's last names on the back, was originally planned for a fall launch, but the league and teams decided to expedite the release after the events in Charlottesville, Va.
