Championship roundup: Leeds back on top, Burnley smash Plymouth
Israel forward Manor Solomon hit the fastest goal in the Championship this season as Leeds beat Norwich 2-0 to move back to the top of the Championship on Wednesday.
Solomon, on loan from Tottenham, struck after just 31 seconds at Elland Road against the injury-hit Canaries.
The 25-year-old scored a third-minute opener in Sunday's win against Sheffield Wednesday and gave Leeds an even earlier lead this time.
Daniel James' second-half effort sealed Leeds' 12th home league win of the season.
Daniel Farke is unbeaten now in six games as Leeds boss against his former club Norwich.
The Yorkshire club extended their unbeaten run in all competitions to 11 matches as they climbed one point clear of second-placed Sheffield United.
Burnley scored five times in the first half of their 5-0 win at bottom of the table Plymouth.
Zian Flemming and Josh Laurent bagged braces while Josh Cullen also netted as the Clarets, unbeaten in 15 games, rose to within two points of Sheffield United.
Plymouth are six points from safety and without a win in 14 league games.
Callum Lang scored his 10th goal of the season as Portsmouth clinched a 3-1 victory over Stoke at Fratton Park
Colby Bishop converted an early penalty before Lang and Connor Ogilvie sent Portsmouth above Stoke up to 18th place, their highest position since the end of August.
Ben Wilmot reduced the deficit but Stoke have just one victory in their last 14 matches as they slip into the relegation fight.
Bristol City twice came from behind to draw 2-2 with Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough.
Djeidi Gassama's fourth league goal of the season for Wednesday was cancelled out by Nahki Wells' equaliser in the second half.
