Spare a thought for Aston Villa defender Lewis Kinsella, who on Saturday experienced the perils of relegation not once, but twice.
Kinsella, 21, who's on a one-month loan 30 minutes southwest of Birmingham at National League side Kidderminster Harriers, was a part of the non-league side that drew 0-0 at Barrow, consigning the Worcestershire lot to the drop with two matches left.

Meanwhile, in Manchester, his parent club mathematically confirmed what's long been known: A 1-0 defeat to Manchester United cemented the side's Championship status for the 2016-17 campaign.
Football can be a cruel game - just ask Mr. Kinsella.
