With Tottenham reportedly poised to sign Marseille attacking midfielder Georges-Kevin Nkoudou, the north London side is looking to offload disappointing forward Clinton Njie.
Reports out of France suggest that Njie has rejected a loan move to Nkoudou's Cote d'Azur Olympique, and with Spurs gaffer Mauricio Pochettino likely to give a trio of youngsters playing time during the preseason, the writing is on the wall for Njie, according to ESPN FC.

With summer tune-ups scheduled against Juventus and Atletico Madrid in Australia, Pochettino is inspired to give Kazaiah Sterling, Marcus Edwards, and Shayon Harrison a first-team shot, diminishing Njie's value with the club.
Last summer's £13-million move from Lyon appeared a decent buy at first glance, but a serious knee injury sidelined the Cameroonian for the better part of the season. Njie, 22, appeared in just eight league matches, and none as a starter, as a side desperate for a second striker struggled with Njie and fellow summer buy Heung-Min Son.
If Njie had trouble emerging from the cusp of Pochettino's first team last season, summer signing Vincent Janssen's acquisition can only make his plight that much more challenging. Highly coveted courtesy of a 27-goal campaign last season at AZ Alkmaar, Janssen, 22, made the White Hart Lane switch for a reported fee of £17 million.
