Report: Manchester United eyeing Genk wunderkind Leon Bailey
Belgium's reigning Young Player of the Year, Leon Bailey, is a local secret no longer, and now the Genk teen is reportedly being monitored by Manchester United.
On the heels of a stellar showing against Sassuolo in the Europa League, the Jamaican attacker has emerged as one of Europe's young players to watch, and sources told ESPN FC that United has taken notice.
The Red Devils' chief scout, Jim Lawlor, was in Belgium for the impressive midweek win over the Serie A upstarts in which Bailey scored his fifth goal this season in all competitions.
United isn't the only European giant eyeing the Jamaican Under-23 international, with reports suggesting that both Chelsea and Liverpool have an interest in the dynamic youngster.

Bailey was nominated last week for the Golden Boy award after a 40-man shortlist was revealed paying tribute to the world's best Under-21 footballers. The honour roll featured the Genk stud as one of two representatives from Belgium's Jupiler League, alongside Anderlecht star Youri Tielemans.
