Egypt FA: Reports of Salah's retirement 'completely wrong'
Following reports that Mohamed Salah was considering retirement from international play after being photographed with controversial Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, the Egyptian FA (EFA) has refuted those rumours.
"Reports that Salah wants to leave are completely wrong," a statement from the EFA read, per BBC Sport.
"Mo is still with us now and he is happy in the camp. He is eating and laughing with his teammates. He is training well and that means no problem."

Salah was photographed smiling alongside Kadyrov at The Pharaohs' training base in Grozny, the capital of the Chechen Republic. Kadyrov's regime has been largely associated with numerous human rights violations.
This is not the Liverpool star's first brush with controversy and the EFA. In February, the PFA Player of the Year was angered by the use of his image to promote national team sponsor WE. Salah has a deal with a rival telecommunications company, Vodafone.
Egypt has lost its opening two matches of the World Cup to Uruguay and Russia and has been mathematically eliminated ahead of Monday's Group A finale with Saudi Arabia.
