The 24-time capped Nigerian international joined Chelsea in 2012 from Wigan Athletic, and was loaned on successive seasons to Liverpool (2013) and Stoke City (2014).

During the 2012-13 Premier League season, Moses made 23 appearances for the Blues, scoring one goal.
Despite the less-than-desirable league goal tally, Moses did make six appearances for Chelsea in the Europa League, bagging four goals on its way to winning the title over Benfica in Amsterdam.
Moses is one of three deadline day coups for the Irons thus far, joining striker Nikica Jelavic and holding midfielder Alexandre Song in a side that have already beaten both Arsenal and Liverpool away this season.
