Looking to distance itself from the perilous Championship relegation battle, Blackburn is interested in signing Sunderland striker Danny Graham on loan for the remainder of the season with hopes of finalising a permanent deal.
Without a victory in six matches, Paul Lambert's 18th-place side is looking to bolster an anemic attack that has the league's third-worst goal output at 23, prompting interest in Graham, according to BBC Sport.
Graham joined the Black Cats in 2013 from Swansea City, but was sent out on loan to Hull City, Middlesbrough, and Wolves, as he failed to find the form that saw him score 15 times in 54 appearances with the Swans.
The English striker has appeared in 10 matches for Sam Allardyce's side this year, with four coming as a starter. He hasn't scored a goal, and sits behind Jermain Defoe, Steven Fletcher and Fabio Borini on the depth chart.
