Out of favour at the Hawthorns without a single league appearance to his name, West Bromwich Albion shot-stopper Anders Lindegaard has been loaned to Championship side Preston North End until the end of the season.
Languishing behind Ben Foster and Boaz Myhill in the Baggies' depth chart, the summer signing from Manchester United joins the Lilywhites immediately, West Brom announced Saturday.
The club has included a stipulation in the loan deal that allows West Brom to recall the 31-year-old Dane in light of potential injuries to Tony Pulis' two senior team shot-stoppers.
