PSG's Al-Khelaifi admits Jese signing was a mistake
With the transfer window set to open Jan. 1, Paris Saint-Germain owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi has admitted that a summer move for Jese was a mistake, prompting reports that the Spaniard is set for a January exit.
Jese, who swapped one capital club for another when he made a €25-million transfer from Real Madrid to PSG in August, has failed to impress at the Parc des Princes, making just one Ligue 1 start for Unai Emery's lot.
"When you make a mistake, it is better to try and correct it than to just live with it, so if we have made mistakes then we will attempt to correct them," Al-Khelaifi told Le Parisien in a candid interview.

If the Spaniard's spell at PSG was on thin ice, Saturday's confirmed move for Wolfsburg attacker Julian Draxler will only hasten Jese's exit, and while the French giant was reportedly only fielding permanent offers, it appears that Al-Khelaifi and Co. are willing to make concessions.
PSG director of football Patrick Kluivert has put interested parties on alert, with Canary Islands minnow Las Palmas emerging as the most likely destination, according to a report from Marca.
Jese, 23, is from Las Palmas, starting his career with local side Huracan before joining Real Madrid's Castilla academy in 2007.
Should Los Amarillos make a temporary move for Jese, it's doubtful that the club would be able to afford the forward's wages, likely requiring PSG to fund more than the 50 percent share common with loans.
Marca also suggests that Jese may be willing to take a pay cut on his €250,000-a-month deal to return to Spain, with Serie A sides Roma and AC Milan also reportedly interested in the services of the versatile attacker.
