Paris Saint-Germain and France international wunderkind Kylian Mbappe celebrated his 19th birthday Wednesday, marking the milestone with a manicured mane that's certain to draw attention to the silky smooth forward.

And after a whirlwind couple of years rising from Monaco's junior ranks to continental stardom and international exploits, Mbappe's game already draws enough attention to itself courtesy of a dazzling blend of panache and purpose.

To honour the prodigious star, here's a glance at 10 dates that will forever define his rapid rise:

Dec. 2, 2015: Mbappe made his first-team debut as an 88th-minute sub for Fabio Coentrao in a 1-1 Ligue 1 draw with Caen. He became the youngest Monaco player (16 years, 347 days) in 21 years (Thierry Henry).

Feb. 20, 2016: A stoppage-time tally in a 3-1 victory over Troyes marked Mbappe's first senior goal, which made him the youngest (17Y, 62D) first-team scorer in Monaco history (Henry).

Dec 14, 2016: Mbappe bagged his first-ever senior hat-trick in a 7-0 drubbing of Rennes in a Coupe de la Ligue last-16 tilt, becoming the first Monaco player to score a treble in the competition in 19 years (Sonny Anderson).

Feb. 11, 2017: The gazelle-like pace merchant scored his first Ligue 1 hat-trick in a 5-0 win over Metz, making Mbappe the youngest (18Y, 2 months) to do so in the league since 2005 (Jeremy Menez, Sochaux).

Feb. 21, 2017: Ten days later, Mbappe became the second-youngest French scorer in Champions League history (Karim Benzema) with a half-volley versus Manchester City in the last-16 first leg.

March 5, 2017: Mbappe scored two first-half goals against Nantes, becoming the youngest player in 30 years to hit 10 Ligue 1 tallies.

Aug. 31, 2017: The youngster joined Paris Saint-Germain on loan in a reported €180-million move set to become permanent at season's end, making Mbappe the second-most expensive player in history after new teammate Neymar.

Sept. 8, 2017: Mbappe scored on his PSG debut in a 5-1 drubbing of Metz, and four days later slotted home his first European marker for the capital club in a 5-0 win over Celtic.

Nov. 4, 2017: In a 5-0 victory at Angers, the Bondy boy's brace made him the youngest (18Y, 10M) to reach 20 Ligue 1 goals in the last 40 years.

Dec. 5, 2017: The lone goal in Paris Saint-Germain's 3-1 loss to Bayern Munich made Mbappe the youngest (18Y, 11M) to score 10 times in the Champions League, doing so in just 15 matches.
