The New York Yankees have officially extended their continued string of yearly success by ensuring their 25th straight season in which they'll finish with a winning record.
Picking up win No. 82 on Saturday, the Bronx Bombers are now projected to finish the 2017 campaign with 90 wins, which would be the most since 2012.
Throughout the run, the Yankees have combined to make 18 postseason appearances (not including the likelihood of No. 19 this year), clinching 14 division titles and winning five World Series championships.
