Frazier blasts Yankees broadcaster for questioning health
Michael Kay, the play-by-play broadcaster for the New York Yankees on YES Network, criticized Clint Frazier's abilities to stay on the field, and the outfielder did not appreciate Kay's comments.
"Shame on Clint Frazier for not getting healthy," Kay said during a televised radio appearance earlier on Monday, one day after the Boston Red Sox completed a four-game sweep of the division-rival Yankees:
For those of you telling me he was joking, here is Michael Kay clearly implying that Jacoby Ellsbury and Clint Frazier are at fault for being injured and not being available. He tries to cover himself at the end. pic.twitter.com/D9891Fi2iw

Later that evening, Frazier, a 23-year-old prospect who has been held to 15 major-league games this year due to concussions, responded directly to Kay:
.@RealMichaelKay facetious or not, I don’t appreciate what you said today. i’m doing everything I can to get healthy so I can play symptom free ... so steer clear of publicly calling me out for not when we haven’t even had one convo about my concussion this year. #ShameOnYouBro

Over 48 games in Triple-A this year, Frazier owns a .311/.389/.574 slash line with 10 home runs and four stolen bases. Frazier has been on the disabled list since July 21 with post-concussion migraines.
